This project aims to study and improve the adaptation processes of Eritrean crops like Teff, Finger Millet, and Sorghum to the European climate and soil conditions, while maintaining organic certification standards. The focus will be on optimizing organic farming techniques that enhance crop yield and resilience, integrating sustainable agricultural practices that minimize environmental impact.
